Property has long been one of the most reliable vehicles for building long-term wealth — but for most people, the path to getting there is unclear, expensive, and riddled with misinformation. That's what drives me.

I started Clearvue Property because I genuinely believe that smart property decisions shouldn't be reserved for those who already have the connections or the experience. With the right guidance, first home buyers and everyday investors can make moves that set them up for decades to come.

I've built my own investment portfolio across Southeast Queensland, and that hands-on experience shapes how I approach every client search — not from theory, but from having skin in the game. I know what good looks like, and I know what to avoid.

With a background working toward my Chartered Accountant qualification, I bring a level of financial rigour to property analysis that most buyers agents simply don't. Every property I recommend is assessed through both a market lens and a numbers lens.

A buyers agent works exclusively for the buyer — not the seller. We search the market, assess properties, handle negotiations, and manage the process through to settlement. Unlike selling agents who are legally obligated to achieve the best outcome for the vendor, we're entirely focused on protecting your interests and getting you the right property at the right price.
Clearvue Property charges a fixed, transparent fee — not a percentage of the purchase price. You pay a non-refundable retainer when we engage, and a success fee upon unconditional exchange of contracts. This means our fee doesn't change whether we find you a $500,000 home or an $800,000 home — we have no financial incentive to push you toward a more expensive property. Fees are confirmed upfront in your Buyer Engagement Agreement.
Yes. Clearvue Property operates under a Queensland real estate licence in accordance with the Property Occupations Act 2014. All engagements are formalised through a PO Form 6 (Appointment of Buyer's Agent), which sets out the scope of our engagement, fees, and obligations. You'll receive full disclosure documentation before any agreement is signed.
Both. Clearvue Property was deliberately built to serve both first home buyers and property investors. For first home buyers, we focus on making the process clear, accessible, and stress-free. For investors, we apply a more analytical lens — assessing yield, growth potential, vacancy rates, and long-term portfolio fit. Either way, the level of care and expertise is the same.
Timeframes vary depending on your brief, budget, and how competitive the market is. Generally, most clients secure a property within 6–12 weeks of engagement. We don't rush the process — it's more important to get the right property than a fast one. That said, our market access and agent relationships often give us a head start that shortens the timeline significantly.
We primarily operate across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland, including the inner suburbs, middle ring, and key growth corridors. If you have specific suburb requirements, bring them to your discovery call and we'll let you know whether they fall within our coverage area.
